THE PROCESS
History
Inception 2020
Eastern Garments is investing heavily in reclaiming the water. Availability of water will be the most critical constraint to growth in the future. We at Eastern Garments are successfully recycling textile wastewater using a membrane bioreactor (MBR). Being an environmentally responsible entity, Eastern Garments has upgraded its conventional effluent treatment plant into a membrane bioreactor plant, which helps to recycle and reuse 80% of the water from dyeing and washing processes.
Inception 2021
Eastern Garments (Pvt.) Ltd. generates its own power. Eastern Garments has invested heavily in self-reliance in power generation to meet the requirements of our high-tech machinery from natural gas as well as solar — a cleaner, renewable energy source that reflects our commitment to sustainability. We have grid supply as backup to ensure the uninterrupted supply of electric power.

Through this digital evolution, we continue to simplify workflows, enhance accuracy, and provide our partners with a smarter, more agile experience.
Inception 2024
Under our commitment to gender inclusion and social responsibility, Eastern Garments has established a dedicated mega unit focused on women’s empowerment, as part of this initiative, our recent program WOW—Women on Wheels—provides scooties to our female employees and workers, aimed at promoting independence, mobility, and workplace equity.
